Private tuition Private tuition is all about your needs. This means that you are consulted at all stages; about the times of classes, where they take place and most importantly, the content of the course. If you wish, lessons can be at your place of work, your home or mine. You might prefer one-to-one tuition or want to learn with a group of friends. Perhaps you are worried about your child's progress at school and want him/her to have extra tuition. The lessons are based upon your requirements: whether you need to improve your English for your job, your next holiday or "just for fun". I have over fifteen years of experience as a teacher, ranging from tutoring individual students in private schools to teaching classes of more than 40 children in state schools. Experience is everything! ⋆qualified as a teacher of English as a secondary language (TESOL/TEFL), Trinity College, England, July 1997 ⋆have taught German students since 1992 ⋆taught in a private school in Izmir, Turkey for a total period of ten months in 1998/99 ⋆have been working at the City VHS, Berlin since January 2000 – am currently teaching 8 courses pro semester ranging from beginners to courses for the Cambridge First, Advanced and Proficiency Certificate. Am teaching self-written refresher courses.
